MinistryHope for the HomelessThis team reaches out to Anderson's homeless community with the gospel of Christ. Team members regularly visit the homeless providing supportive friendships, food and fellowship, clothing (through our partnership with Threads of Hope), prayer and the hope of Christ! The A-Z Team This team ministers to Anderson's lower income areas focusing on Anderson's alphabet street area... hence the A-team! This team serves the area through prayer partnering with the residence, special community events. This team partners with Capstone Church to reach the area with the gospel of Christ. Anderson Place This team makes a regular visits to Anderson Place retirement home where they minister to the elderly community there through prayer, caring friendships, music, bingo and other games, and sharing of baked goods.Calvary Home for ChildrenThis team partners with Calvary Home for Children assisting them as needed with campus projects, ministering in the homes through assistance with daily chores of cleaning and laundry, homework help for the children and child care. Body of Christ in Motion TeamAll the teams fit this category in the sense that they are the body of Christ and the gospel in motion. This particular team however is a team of those who are available for assisting in special projects and urgent community needs. If you are available to be poured out in service to the Body of Christ and to the community join this group. This group partners with other area ministries on an as needed basis including area churches, Widow's Watch Ministry, AIM, Hospice, Threads of Hope, and others.
